Even male celebrities have problems with normal stuff like beer bellies. In case of Val Kilmer and John Travolta liposuction would be good idea. Or they just have to do more fitness training ;-)

Is breast enlargement the answer?

Maybe her breasts were too small. Or she had recognized that she will not have perfect breasts forevermore. But was breast enlargement the answer to her problems? Are breast implants worth the financial investment and the risks?
